Ilhan is the co-founder and Investment Banking and Valuation partner of our company. He started his career at PwC Audit, Deals, and Valuation services since 2011 and had various auditing clients in manufacturing, insurance, retail and FMCG sectors.  Involving in the consolidation and reporting processes of various companies through analyzing the company’s financial statements and performing the given responsibilities with respect to examination and verification of a company's financial and accounting records and supporting documents. At deals practice, he was responsible for advising foreign investors and local companies on their M&A transactions. Performing business enterprise valuations for companies in various sectors by applying income, market and net asset approaches. Assisting clients in the development of future cash flows and preparation of the business plan, marketing strategy, recruitment process. Reviewing the quality of target companies’ reported earnings, net assets and cash flows. He has a bachelor's degree from the economics department of Middle East Technical University. He is based in Brussels Belgium.
