Erdem Erdoğan
Investment Banking Partner
Erdem is one of the Investment Banking partners of Imera Capital Partners and acts as a financial advisor with Capital Markets Board Advanced Level License and also a Certified Public Accountant in Turkey. Erdem has worked as a finance professional for 15 years in private corporations such as Renault, Philips, Eczacibasi Holding, etc. within various roles. He acted as CFO in Imerys and as being Founder/ Board Member/ CEO/ CFO in different Fintech, electronic payment companies and Entertainment start-ups. He has especially substantial experience in building start-ups from scratch and growth, IPO and M&A. He has been running his own Accounting, Tax Advisory and Consulting firm within the Imera Capital Partners entity. He is a Lycée de Galatasaray bachelor and completed his undergraduate studies at Galatasaray University Economics department. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in Finance&Accounting from Marmara University, an MBA degree from Galatasaray University, an MSc degree in International Finance from Bilgi University. He completed the certification program Managerial Accounting at Cornell University. He is based in Amsterdam Holland, Beirut Lebanon and Paris France.
Onur Demir Celik
Accounting Services Partner
Onur is the accounting partner of ICP and acts as an advisor and Certified Public Accountant in Turkey. Onur has worked an independent audit and tax advisory business for seven years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has been running his own Tax Advisory and Independent Audit firm since 2013. He holds an MBA degree from California College of Communications, a Business degree from Kultur University. He is based in Istanbul Turkey.
Ilhan Karakas
Investment Banking & Valuation Services Partner
Ilhan is the co-founder and Investment Banking and Valuation partner of our company. He started his career at PwC Audit, Deals, and Valuation services since 2011 and had various auditing clients in manufacturing, insurance, retail and FMCG sectors. Involving in the consolidation and reporting processes of various companies through analyzing the company’s financial statements and performing the given responsibilities with respect to examination and verification of a company's financial and accounting records and supporting documents. At deals practice, he was responsible for advising foreign investors and local companies on their M&A transactions. Performing business enterprise valuations for companies in various sectors by applying income, market and net asset approaches. Assisting clients in the development of future cash flows and preparation of the business plan, marketing strategy, recruitment process. Reviewing the quality of target companies’ reported earnings, net assets and cash flows. He has a bachelor's degree from the economics department of Middle East Technical University. He is based in Brussels Belgium.
